We offer a complete copper cable recycling line consisting of:
– WT 300 – twin-shaft pre-shredder
– PK 100 – cable granulator with copper/plastic separator

The line is supplied as a brand-new system, built to order, with configuration tailored to the Customer’s requirements (e.g. conveyor between machines, magnetic separator, dedusting).

This setup allows efficient processing of cable bundles:
first pre-shredding in WT 300, then granulation and copper/plastic separation in PK 100.

It is an ideal solution for scrap yards, metal recycling companies, electrical contractors, recycling plants and production facilities that want to recover copper from cables in a repeatable, clean and efficient way.

PK 100 – cable granulator / separator (NEW, built to order)

The PK 100 module performs fine size reduction of cables into granulate and air/gravity separation of copper from insulation, providing high purity metal and plastic fractions.

The WT 300 shredder pre-shreds cable bundles and thick cables so that the PK 100 granulator can operate more stably and at higher throughput.

Execution, availability and configuration

– The WT 300 and PK 100 machines are manufactured to order – configuration (power supply, accessories) is agreed individually.
– Condition: NEW, unused, 0 operating hours.
– Optional extras: belt conveyor between machines, magnetic separator, dedusting system, cyclone, big-bag stations, etc.

Tests, technological acceptance and commissioning

– It is possible to carry out test runs of the cable recycling line at our facility using the Customer’s material – this allows verification of throughput, separation efficiency and optimisation of machine settings.
– The line price includes a technological acceptance with a trial run at our plant using the Customer’s material.
– At extra cost, we can provide on-site commissioning at the Customer’s plant and staff training in operation, adjustment and basic maintenance.
