14,000 bph | Containers: PET and glass | Formats: 250 ml, 600 ml, 1 L
| Products: Juice, still water. This PET bottling machinery is
configured as a full factory line with depalletizing, blow molding,
rinsing, filling/capping, inspection, pasteurization, packing, and
palletizing. Ready for operation. This listing is used equipment for
PET bottles and glass bottles in the stated formats. Depalletizer:
Icon (2007) Blow Molding Machine: Sidel SBO 10/14 Four (1994) Rinsing

Around Packer: Dimac Star Wrap 25 (2007) Lane Divider: SMI DIVIPACK
200 (2002) Palletizer: Fibreking (2007) Depalletizer Removes bulk
bottles stacked on pallets and places them onto an accumulation area
ahead of the Lowerator. Operation is manual. Forklift interfaces
include loading full pallets to the infeed conveyor, removing empty
pallets from the discharge conveyor, and positioning empty pallets at
operator level for layer dividers. Cleaning is performed with the
machine switched off and the hoist lowered. Bottle Lowerator Transfers
bottles from the depalletizer operator level to the lower-level rinser
infeed before the filler. This unit is for glass bottles and can be
mechanically adjusted to accommodate different bottle dimensions.
Gripper Rinser Mechanical gripper rinser for full internal cleaning.
Suitable for both PET and glass bottles. Mechanical adjustments allow
fast changeover between bottle types and sizes. Filling Monoblock Icon
ICON 5000 30/10 Filling and Pick-and-Place Capping Machine. Purchased
in 2007, with 30 filling heads and 10 capping heads. Within the PET
bottling machinery train, this monoblock provides the following
capabilities: 10,000 bph for 1,250 ml and 1L juice (SBO10) maximum

Complete Bottling Line for PET and Glass Stainless-steel cap chute
transfers plastic and aluminum caps to the cap sorter of both the Arol
capper (plastic) and the Alcoa capper (ROPP). Shared distribution
between the two capping systems. Bottle Inspection/ Rejector &
Induction Sealer Cap-foil presence detection with early reject to a
dedicated side conveyor for reprocessing. The system integrates an
Enercon induction sealing inspection and reject device to verify the
presence of the foil seal beneath the cap and remove noncompliant
bottles before downstream operations. Alcoa Capper (Glass Bottles)
ROPP capper for glass bottles. The Alcoa unit includes a cap sorter
and shares the cap chute with the Arol capper for plastic bottles. It
is used for beverage alcohol in glass bottles. Operation can be
configured with 4 heads or 8 heads depending on product requirements.
Maximum production rate: 80 bottles per minute. The turret includes 2
tuckers and 2 threaders located opposite each other; mechanical
adjustments allow setup for different bottle-neck diameters. Model:
Alcoa Capper VK-138 Headset 55950 Plastic Bottle Inverter / Steriliser
In-line inverter/sterilizer primarily for PET, using hot product
temperature to treat the bottle mouth and cap exterior. Speed is
synchronized to match the overall line rate. Cooling / Warming Tunnel
Dual-function tunnel system for temperature conditioning: Cooling
tunnel: For pasteurized and hot-filled products (juices).
Stainless-steel construction with a series of spray nozzles applying
cool water to rapidly bring bottles to target temperature, preserving
product quality. Warming tunnel: For alcohol products filled cold.
Raises bottle temperature to prevent surface condensation, improving
label adhesion and downstream handling. Pasteuriser – Used Complete
Bottling Line for PET and Glass Tetra Pak® pasteurizer for juice
sterilization; suitable for milk products as well. Capacity: up to
10,000 L/hour. Maximum temperature: 100℃. 1995 Kosme Rotary Labeller
Kosme rotary labeling machine for self-adhesive paper or plastic
labels. Bottles are rotated to the optimal application position;
labels are applied and smoothed by roll-on plates. Configur
