Of course, you can also build longer or shorter shelf units by omitting or buying more frames (or also by different center distances), this example with 4 frames is only the most common shelf solution!!
A cantilever racking system, hot-dip galvanized, consisting of:
4 shelf uprights double-sided approx. 6.30m high, hot-dip galvanised
IPE 220 / 100
with 2 x 3 adjustable arms each. Arms 1.20m, 900kg load capacity per arm
with bandages approx. 1.30 m
Shelf stand double-sided approx. 6,300mm high, hot-dip galvanised
Foot and arm depth 1200 mm with 3 height-adjustable shelf arms each
Load capacity at load centre of gravity 600 mm 900 kg per arm / 4,350kg per stand side
incl. longitudinal and diagonal bracing,
The standard wheelbase between the frames is 1.30m.
Other standard wheelbases that are available from stock: 1m / 1.25m / 1.50m / 1.70m / 1.90m!
From the length 1.50m a small surcharge is due on top of the mentioned price!
Special dimensions (other center distances) are also available on request, but also cost extra and have a longer delivery time because they have to be specially made!
If you do not provide different information on the center distance, we will deliver the rack with a center distance of 1.30m.
In this case, the length of a row of shelves with 4 stands (3 compartments) is approx. 4m.
Supplied with all nuts and bolts (shipped within Germany by parcel directly from Würth), without ground anchors.
If additional arms are used per frame, it must be noted that the specified maximum load capacity of the frames must not be exceeded, or the maximum usable load capacity per arm decreases!
Other configurations (frame height, arm lengths, arm types etc.) can be selected! Please contact us!
