The compendium includes machinery, equipment, movable capital goods and all the additional assets described in the appraisal report drawn up on 17/03/2026 and attached, as well as the lease contract relating to the property in which the activity is carried out.
Hardware, small parts and all goods not expressly indicated in the appraisal are excluded from the sale.
The transfer takes place en bloc, as a whole and not as a measure, in the state of fact and law in which the goods are located, according to the \"seen and liked\" formula, without any guarantee from the transferor company regarding defects, discrepancies, quality, compliance with current regulations or suitability for use.
Any technical, economic and regulatory verification remains the responsibility of the interested party.
