Overview Complete filling line for non-returnable glass bottles with an output of approx. 16,000 bottles/h at 0.75 L and approx. 20,000 bottles/h at 0.33 L. The heart of the line is a KOSME BARIFILL RFC 50-60-10 VKP rinser-filler-capper block built in 2013. New glass is fed by a Krones sweep-off depalletizer from 2020; downstream, the line comprises Krones CHECKMAT cap control, a KHS INNOKET cold-glue labelling machine with camera-based label orientation, a Krones WRAPAPAC wrap-around packer and a GEA Procomac OPERA palletizing system with Robopac stretch wrapper and Logopack pallet labelling. An attractive mid-range line for water, soft drinks, beer, cider and other glass-bottle applications.
